I have received excellent service from Appliance Gallery. The whole supply chain is a mess with ALL distributors not being able to get products delivered that they have to order from the manufacturer. When we purchased our 5 high end appliances in April 2021 we were told to expect it to take several months to get them. We were told that things were bad and getting worse and that before we placed an order we needed to understand that with the type of appliances we ordered no one could give us a hard date for delivery.
