I enjoyed working with Robert Weiler Company on two occasions. Both times, they helped us fight the tax appeal for an unjustified increase in real-estate taxes for our commercial properties in Columbus suburbs. They carried out a thorough appraisal of the properties, incorporated all the facts and presented their findings to the school board. The Weiler appraisal firm recently appraised an office/warehouse property for one of our law firm's clients. They wrote a well-researched, well-supported appraisal. Bob Weiler testified clearly and persuasively before the tax board. The value that he and Melissa Speert concluded to in their appraisal was adopted by the tax board, and our client will wind up saving tens of thousands of dollars in real estate taxes.
