Took my deposit in August of 2024 for replacement windows. All the windows were the wrong size. Was told they would order the correct sizes in December. Now, I can't get anyone at the company to return an email or phone call.

Post tornado Indian Lake. I was told they would handle everything on the estimate. I chose a roof and scheduled. Then I was told it was not available. I chose my gutters and soffit, and ended up with mis-matched because it was not available. Damage to yard, walls from window install. They did not come to measure for windows and asked me to do it!
