The crew on site did a great job with a difficult installation. They accommodated our business schedule and left a clean *******. We will have more projects for them in the future. Do NOT hire this company unless you like to pay a premium for sub-par work that will literally fall apart. The 11 decks, on our 50-year old HOA property, were supposed to be completely rebuilt but Wagner cut major corners and now, many of the decks are sinking into the ground and handrails are falling off. The permits that Wagner was to obtain, did not include the full scope of work to be performed. Much of this review is not factual. We have always responded to all phone calls and emails. This project was fully approved and signed off on by the city of Kirkwood which I confirmed with the inspector and his manager. At the conclusion of the project we performed a walk through with the board and their property manager and created a punch list which was then completed.
