RecommendedThank you to Travis and I believe the other guy was named Kent, but my apologies if that is incorrect. Thank you for coming out same day, for fixing an issue another plumber said was fixed and doing great and honest work. We will use Massie Creek in the future for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.
RecommendedI live on a property that uses well water. I know nothing about wells and how to check them/fix them. I call Massie Creek the first time water stopped being pumped into the house. Thankfully, that call only required a new switch down in the pit. However, about a month later, my water stopped again. This had nothing to do with the work previously done, but it had everything to do with a split wire connecting the pump to the previously mentioned switch. RecommendedJust had them replace a sewage pump and sump pump, great company. I called many and left several messages. Those that did answer wanted to send a tech out for an estimate. They were the only company that provided an hourly rate. Just under 3 hours later and labor charge was $446 for two techs. I had pumps on hand. You may think thats high but check around. Worked on our well, the pump, and replaced the old tank with new holding tanks and increased our pressure from the well !! Great job, at reasonable price!
