We had an issue with a clogged pipe which was causing water and gunk to come up through our basement shower and toilet, especially when the washer was in use. I called Massie Creek and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, due to a cancellation they called and asked to come a day early. It was great! Travis and Kent came. This company is amazing and very honest. I called them the beginning of the year in the freezing weather with snow cause I had no running water. My well pump quit working and they replaced it at a very good price. My water quit running again last week and I called them around 1p that day and they weren’t sure they were going to be able to make it out. But they did and fortunately I was able to figure my issue out! Thank you so much!
