Brett provided me the best more affordable price on gutters, so it was a no brainer. Trent got me scheduled a week later. Jenna was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I was pleased with the install and delivery system. Their business model is outdated though. Its not 2010 anymore. You cant take $20,000 from a guy in a high interest environment, not give him anything in compensation for 12 weeks (not even a phone call) and expect everything to be fine. I think they are good people. But a lot of businesses are offering discounts or paying interest on pre-pay money. Im a blue collar working man and they acted like $20,000 was nothing. New roof installed 08-2022. Leaking 09-2023. They aren't holding to their warranty. Empty promise dates to repair the leaks and still no text - no calls- and I sit waiting. Called company numerous times and also team leader. Still waiting for complete repair of roof. Nothing but excuses as to why they can't repair the roof.

We called Wagner to come and and look at a leak we had. They said it a boot that was bad that needed to be replaced. They said they had to special order it and it would take a week or so, it was over a month before they came back and a guy showed up with a tube of caulking and said he was going to seal the boot. I called the manager while he was sealing the boot. The manager said they would come back and seal the whole roof and replace the boot. The didn’t use the correct boot and didn’t seal the roof only hit the high spots... read more

Work has not been completed on my home. Production crew manager doesn't respond to issues we're having. Manager was to come out and look at the damages done to our home from the tear off crew on Thursay. We waited all day no call no show. We call to talk with someone and they have no information for us. Now the work is not complete and no one is consulting with us. Time to seek an attorney.

Wagners installed metal siding on a garage for us. I told them I wanted it maintenance free as it is a rental property. They charged us $1000 for a side entry door, and it is NOT maintenance free. The door trim is bare wood and needs covered or painted. I have tried to call them several times - at least 4 - and they will not return my calls. Also, the siding they installed looked like it had been laying in the mud for months, and the rain wouldnt even wash it off. They were told about this and completely ignored our concerns... read more
