We walked in your store with the sole purpose of purchasing a high end stove and dishwasher. There was one person working, and he stated he would be right with us. After his clients left he never once reach out to our family. He walked passed our family multiple times on his cell phone discussing purchasing burgers.. We left and he did not as much wave good bye. I was really hoping to make a purchase from a locally owned mom/ pop place, but I am leaving shaking my head. I’m guessing the 20k dollar sale was not needed.
