The kids loved it, it was super crowed but for the family deal I am glad we went...
The festival itself was great and we had a good time, as always. Real flushing toilets in the ladies' privies is a huge plus. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a huge nightmare and the main reason for only four stars. Other reason is people smoking in the Aleing Knight Pub and nothing being done about it. Perhaps some gentle reminders from the entertainers about smoking in Ohio public places being against the law might be helpful.
One of my favorite places in the entire world! Every year it just gets better and better.
It's been 30 years since the first time I went..... always entertaining and food is fabulous! Great time for the kids and jokes are for the adults!
We've gone to the fest the last 4 out of 5 years and we just love it! The vendors are my favorite part. :) The Mud Show was my least favorite. Not child friendly and kind of dumb. Sorry not a beer drinker (and also pregnant currently) so I wasn't drunk enough to enjoy it. Lol Also the Dole Whip stand ran out of pinapples after I waited over 30 minutes in line, in the sun, BUT it was super busy so I understand. Just keep that in mind to keep it stocked! I would also suggest doing more jousting! We've literally missed it ... read more
Bit crowded, but it was expected since it was opening weekend. Great shows! Good turkey leg. Parking wasn't bad.
This was my very first Renaissance Festival....and I absolutely loved it!! I had an amazing time.
