Hard working roofers. Great communication with supervisor. Cleaned up afterwards.
They told us how to fix it ourselves. It was something very minor. I appreciated their honesty! No charger too!

Shawn Metts was very professorial with quote and not high pressure at all. The work was done quickly and the project was cleaned up nicely. The part that I did not like so much was the lack of communication regarding decking that needed to be replaced and the cost associated with it. It needed to be done, just would have been nice if that had been communicated. Other than that, it appears it was done right!
The company overall was very customer service oriented, from start to finish. My initial phone call was with the owner Patrick, a very comfortable conversation. Then met with the co tractor Shawn who stayed in constant contact up to and throughout the process. Finally Jerry the site supervisor whom I met during the follow up. All gentlemen were A1 professional Lastly where the not

Great job on the roof with A+ Customer Service. There were some things that needed to be addressed and they addressed the issue very quickly. The issues were cosmetic.
