One mistake was made due to a miscommunication. It was fixed very quickly, but we weren't happy it happened considering it was a new roof being I stalled and not just repairs. Overall, we love our new roof.

The Best! I talked to several other contractors, but Patrick and Mark were the best at product knowledge and customer service. We had new gutters installed and a new roof installed on our dormer. Patrick and Mark made sure that we had the right solution for our home and the installation team was great to work with. I felt that Empire really took care of us and I definitely recommend them!
