We were so bummed when we went to the fair yesterday. It was over a 30 minute wait for any food and drinks. The "quick options" they claim to have added never had anyone manning the booths. Anytime we wanted something to eat, or heaven forbid, something to drink one of us was stuck in line for 30-45 minutes not enjoying the faire. Shops were too crowded to be able to browse what they had available. There were also huge lines for the privies. That's just not something we can justify with a small child and for the price we pai... read more

Your "representative" Terri is the most disrespectful person I've spoken to In ages. She has guaranteed my family will never return. Teach her to have respect for another person.

We’ve been going for years. Today we went and it was not even enjoyable. The crowd was insane!!! The line for a water was easily 40 people long. The restrooms even worse. The lines were so long we didn’t get to enjoy any turkey legs, dole whip, or any of the shows. It is so unfortunate that a festival was not ready for the crowd. Should be a limit on ticket sales or something. We left very early, after spending almost $30 a person to get in. We were super excited and sadly disappointed today.

We have been many times before. Today was not ready for the crowd. Even a line for a Diet Coke or beer was 30-40 people long. It is so unfortunate that a festival that is this fun was not equipped for the crowd. Or limit ticket sales daily. As we left and we left very early there were no spots left in parking as well. We loved it here a few years ago but now feel it has grown so rapidly it cannot handle the influx. I would wait to spend the money.

My family has always gotten season passes and gone almost every weekend, but this year they seemed to be much more lax about their smoking policy. They have signs that say "Smoking is not permitted inside any festival shop in the seating areas of festival stages, the grandstand, or food booths" but this is not enforced in the slightest. Pipes, cigars, cigarettes, vaping, people were smoking everywhere! My girlfriend is allergic to cigarette smoke and it got so bad that we had to leave a show that we had paid to go to because... read more

I have been to the Festival every year for almost 20 years. I hated missing last year. My wife and I went this year and were made to feel most unwelcome by patrons and vendors alike. My wife is handicapped and uses a power chair to get around. She also has heart and breathing problems that make a mask problematic. Because of this she has been stuck at home throughout the pandemic. I had hoped that going to the faire would be an enjoyable experience for her as it had been the first 4 years we were together, before her... read more

Paid full price for tickets online.. Took. over 3 hours to park that we would have gotten tickets for half price had we bought them there. We were absolutely starved by the time we got there. Ordered food and 35 minutes later asked about my food. Was told they were just behind 10 minutes later was told they lost our order So we only had an hour to look around. Emailed management and they don't email back or call. It was fun in years past, but I have no intention of going back anytime soon . They need to limit tickets for th... read more

We have been going to this Renaissance Faire multiple times a season religiously for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, this years handling of the overcrowding and accommodations at the park have been so awful that we will probably never return. Many people are blaming “covid cabin fever” for the large influx of people, HOWEVER; even if that’s true, we ARE right in the middle of a global pandemic, and the number of people allowed into the park should be limited, with first dibs going to people who bought their tickets or seas... read more

As much as it pains me, I can’t say I recommend Ohio ren fest for the rest of this season 😞 I look forward to the faire every year. Haven’t missed a year since 2013 (aside from last year being cancelled obviously) so I was very excited to come this year. We got there around 10:30 yesterday so our experience getting in wasn’t too bad. However it was so overcrowded nothing could be enjoyed. We only stepped into a handful of shops because everywhere was jam packed. We were lucky to grab food early on, but by 12:30 food lines... read more
